Welcome!  Thank you for supporting our small handmade business.  Please read these Terms and Conditions carefully before placing an order.

1. All items sold on this website are hand crafted with care.  Because each item is individually made, no two items will be exactly alike.  Slight variations in fabric placement, colors, patterns, size and embellishments are normal and make each piece unique.

2. We make every effort to accurately describe and photograph our products.  However, colors may vary slightly depending on your screen or device settings. 

3. Orders are processed after payment has been received.  Once an order has been placed, we cannot guarantee changes or cancellations if production has already begun. 

4. Since our products are handmade, processing times vary depending on current order volume.  Estimated processing times are provided on each product listing and do not include shipping time.

5. Once your order is shipped, you will receive tracking information when available.  We are not responsible for shipping delays caused by the carrier, weather, holidays, or other circumstances beyond our control.

6. Our handcrafted Tooth Fairy pillows are intended as  keepsakes and decorative accessories.   They are NOT toys.   Small parts, buttons, ribbons, or embellishments may present choking hazard.   Adult supervision is recommended for young children.  Please inspect items regularly for signs of wear and discontinue use if damage occurs. 

7. To help preserve the quality of your handcrafted item.  spot clean and hang to dry only unless otherwise noted.

8. All product designs, photographs, logos, descriptions, and website content are the property of this business and may not be copied, reproduced, distributed or used without written permission.

9. Our liability is limited to the purchase price of the item ordered.  WE are not responsible for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages resulting from the use or misuse of our products. 

10.  Customer information is used solely for processing orders, providing customer service and communicating about purchases.  We do not sell or share your  personal information except as necessary to process your order or as required by law.
